Project Manager

A Dubai-based specialized contracting company, renowned for delivering premium Joinery & Interior Fit-Out solutions, is expanding its operations into Iraq. is looking for talented and experienced professionals to join its growing team. We are recruiting for the following positions: Quantity Surveyor (QS) Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in Joinery & Fit-Out. Strong background in BOQs, cost estimation, tender pricing, and cost control. Excellent knowledge of technical drawings and Excel. Project Manager Minimum 8 years of experience in Joinery & Fit-Out, including 3 years in project management. Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, timelines, and site operations. Strong leadership and project coordination skills. Joinery Draughtsman Minimum 3 years of experience in joinery or woodworking. Proficient in AutoCAD, shop drawings, cutting lists, and material take-offs. Strong technical knowledge of joinery materials and production details. Technical Coordinator Minimum 5 years of experience in Joinery & Interior Fit-Out. Experience coordinating between design, production, and site teams. Strong knowledge of shop drawings, technical submittals, and project specifications. Ideal Candidates Should Have: Relevant experience in Joinery & Interior Fit-Out projects. Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
